TabLobby is a Chrome extension that replaces your New Tab page with a smart workspace for organizing tabs and sessions. This policy explains what data we collect, where it lives, and how it is used.
chrome.storage.sync for cross-device sync via Google's infrastructure.chrome.storage.local on your device only.chrome.storage.local. Used to deduplicate analytics events. Holds settings only.We use a self-hosted instance of PostHog for product analytics. All data is stored on our own server and is never shared with PostHog's cloud. Events are anonymous and contain no personal information. You can opt out by disabling analytics in extension settings (coming soon).
TabLobby Pro subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. Payment information (card details, billing address) is handled entirely by LemonSqueezy and is never stored by TabLobby. We only store your license key locally to verify Pro status.

All local data (sessions, collections, settings) is retained until you uninstall the extension or clear extension data manually. Analytics events are retained for 12 months on our server.
You can delete all local TabLobby data at any time by going to chrome://extensions, clicking "Details" on TabLobby, and selecting "Clear data". To request deletion of analytics data, contact us by email.
